Earthy and dark, Bittercube Root Beer Bitters are complex and complement barrel-aged spirits. Citrus and herbal notes balance robust spices like anise and cinnamon.

Ingredients: Alcohol, water, sarsaparilla root, spices (Sarsaparilla, Birch, Anise, Dandelion, Ceylon, Wintergreen), sugar, molasses, vanilla bean.

Use in: Rum Old Fashioned, Tiki Cocktails, Hard Cider, Cookies.

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Heirloom Alchermes
• 2 dashes Bittercube Root Beer Bitters

Add all of the ingredients to a stirring vessel and then fill with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled and strain into Coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with Orange disc expressed and inserted, red cherry.
