Discontinued Chessex dice. 

 These dice sat in storage with chessex from some time. There may be some signs of that on the container. Not also that there is a powder coating on some of the dice. This is normal and it rubs off with touch. 

The idea with these are normal dice filler on the inside with a metal coating on the outside.
